R S Jha is working for Thermax Ltd as head of Innovation. Thermax Ltd is an Indian multinational engineering conglomerate, involved in clean air, clean energy and clean water, headquartered in Pune. His responsibility is the development of new products and introduction of new Technology. He has done B.Tech in Mechanical engineering from IIT- BHU and M.Tech in Energy system from IIT- Bombay. He has keen interest in mathematical modelling and simulation of Thermal system.
